Your vehicle account, conveniently accessible

Our secure customer portal is designed for customers who have been issued login credentials by Gujrat Autos. It provides read-only access to their own recorded information rather than access to other customers or staff systems.

What an activated customer can view

• Linked vehicle contracts and their recorded status.
• The vehicle model and contract summary recorded in the system.
• Instalment dates, amounts, applied payments and remaining schedule balances.
• Confirmed posted receipt history with receipt dates and payment methods.

How access is activated

Step 1: Ask Gujrat Autos staff whether portal access is available for your account.

Step 2: The authorised team creates or activates your unique customer login.

Step 3: Sign in using your assigned email and password.

Step 4: Review your account and report any discrepancy using our support channel.

Account security

Keep passwords private. Always verify that you are using the official website. Never share one-time codes or passwords with unknown callers. If an entry is missing or disputed, ask staff to check the records rather than attempting to modify the account yourself.

Current limitations: The portal is for viewing records. It does not currently claim online card payment, automatic loan approval, downloadable signed agreements, or self-service changes to payment dates.
